- Test drove vehicle prior to inspection and found the passenger rear shock top bushings are collapsed allowing the shock top pin to contact the body of the vehicle. Recommend replacement of the rear shocks and retest for customer concern.

- Removed the old rear shock absorbers and replaced with new. Test drove vehicle to confirm customer concern has been resolved at this time.
