    • Inspected, turn signals both work but will not cancel when turning the wheel. When turning to the right back and forth makes a clicking noise trying to cancel but won’t. In order to correctly diagnose need to remove multi-function switch which requires steering wheel and clock spring removal. Will price out multi function switch if it’s found to be bad on tear down.
    • Inspected drivers seat functions, all seem to be working except front to back function. Moved switch back and forth nothing happens, no click heard or anything. Multiple applications with power seat switch, eventually seat started to work intermittently. When seat would not move at times messed with switch in different fashions and seat would work again. Recommend replacing power seat switch and recheck seat operation.
    • INCLUDES SCANNING OF PERTINENT MODULES, RESEARCH OF CODES FOR POSSIBLE CAUSES, AND ESTIMATING TIME NEEDED TO DIAGNOSE CODES(S) Inspected, pulled codes p0010–intake camshaft position solenoid circuit, p0011–intake cam position performance. Recommend 1 hour to diagnose.

    • Rotated tires, front brakes 4 mm, rear brakes 8 mm. Hand torque 100 ft lbs.
    • Reset maintenance light
    • Inspected codes p0010 and p0011. Removed engine cover, accessed the intake cam position solenoid. Ohm tested at 13.5 ohms and varies, exhaust cam position solenoid is at 11 ohms and steady. Recommend replacing intake cam position solenoid due to room temperature specifications is 5-10 ohms and recheck.
    • Replaced drivers seat switch, checked functioning, normal all adjustments working.
    • Removed multi-function switch to check canceling tab on back of switch. Tab is broken and being pushed to the side, explaining the click noise when turning wheel and not allowing signals to cancel after turning. Replaced directional switch, now operating as designed.
    • Replaced VVT solenoid. cleared codes. Recheck okay.
    • Fronts 38 psi Rears 38 psi
