2011 Ford Fusion

- Front end feels tight. Nothing appears loose, has a slight knock that seems to be in the steering rack but barely noticeable when moving the wheels back and fourth by hand
- Checked and found radio fuse blown, replaced and radio now functions normally
- When a/c comes on, idle pulls down and when compressor disengages idle comes up-normal operation. Did notice vehicle vibrating in gear and more with a/c on, possible engine mount issue. When putting a pry bar on engine mounts can feel the vibration through prybar, then when applying pressure to mounts vibration lessens. Recommend engine mounts and rechecking.

- Perfomed transmission drain and fill service 8 quarts test drove and rechecked level ok
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle. Replaced oil and filter 5 quarts

- Tires rotated, torque set 100 ft/lbs. Front brakes 10mm, rear brakes 8mm.
