    • Check of system pressures, vent temperature, vent operation, condenser for debris, compressor operation, condition of drive belt and lines. Evacuate and recharge system to proper capacity with R134A refrigerant. Leak test system, add oil and dye as needed. Recovered 0.39 lbs. refrigerant.. low side schrader valve shows signs of leakage. replaced schrader valves, added oil and dye. Vacuum 20 minutes, held vacuum. Charged to full charge at 1.1 lbs. refrigerant. High side pressure at 175 psi, low side at 35 psi. System cooling to 41 degrees at center vent. No visual leaks detected at this time. Recommend return in 100 miles for recheck.
