    • Inspected, pulled code p0299–turbo under boost. Road tested, verified vehicle very low on power, rear brakes now metal to metal and front brakes very thin. Recommend four wheel brake job. Removed boost pressure sensor found it carboned up again as noted when vehicle was in last time. Since code returned intake manifold would have to come off to get carbon out of ports and boost pressure sensor would need replacement. Advise customer of findings we can try by replacing boost pressure sensor but will more then likely carbon up again causing same issue. Boost pressure sensor is also a map sensor which controls turbo boost.
