Found codes p0031 A/F b1s1 heater circuit and p0051 A/F b2s1 heater circuit stored in system, checked current of A/F heaters -indicated zero, checked A/F fuse and found fuse missing, installed fuse and rechecked heater operation- duty cycle responding normally and current now reading accordingly. Cleared codes and made sure o2 heater monitor passed. Found a fuse tap in fuse box with matching fuse customer possibly used A/F fuse thinking it was a spare Maintenance reminder is set on dash

Inspected, all dash lights illuminate like vehicle has battery voltage. When stepping on brake pedal to start vehicle, green indicator on push start button illuminates as it should. Ready light does not stay illuminated as it should, just comes on briefly. No codes in any module that pertain to a no crank condition. Looked at hybrid battery module, found one cell block down to 7.0 volts, one at 13.0 and rest at 15.0 volts. High voltage battery is what is used to start engine. Battery looks newer, battery case painted blurred doesn’t look like it’s secured down properly. Appears to be aftermarket unit. Advise customer of findings we suspect a high voltage battery issue.

Inspected entire engine bay found only things that are visually damaged are engine cover insulator, both front and rear windshield washer lines, and some napkin in the cabin filter recommend replacing all 3 damaged components and recheck

Blew out all rodent debris and installed new engine cover recheck ok
